It's always great going to Grandma's house. She lives with a spoiled, calico cat named Smudge. Grandma has hundreds of books. She lets me stay up late to watch television and sleep as late as I want. She takes me to eat at nice restaurants.

I think Grandma is cool even if she is really old. She doesn't even care when I eat cookies with breakfast like Katherine does. My mom has a fit about junk food!

Grandma is smart. She plays cards with her friends every week, and she's teaching me how to play. Grandma never just lets me win at card games. She always plays her best. It's exiting whenever I win.
